Service Plans Information

Initial rentals default to the Basic Service Plan.  Call, text, or email us to upgrade or downgrade your Plan at any time.  Rentals existing prior to 12/3/2024 default to the Enhanced Plan (included in current unit rental rate) until May 3, 2025.

Service Plans

Basic Service Plan Features- $1 per month

Enhanced Service Plan Features - $9 per month

  6. Referral and Review bonuses
  7. Goods Protection Coverage - $500 per year (for wind, fire, collapse, theft and more with claim process requirements)
  8. Additional $5 of coverage for each rental month with plan
  9. 12-month rent rate lock
  10. Unit issues follow-up calls (i.e. improper locking)
  11. Weekdays and Evenings Assistance

Premier Service Plan Features - $14 per month

  1. Our advanced, unmatched security and facility features
  2. Text and Email account notices
  3. Once annual late fee waiver

  5. Pre-Late Fee call
  6. Referral and Review bonuses
  7. Goods Protection Coverage - $700 per year (for wind, fire, collapse, theft and more with claim process requirements)
  8. Additional $10 of coverage for each rental month with plan
  9. 12-month rent rate lock
  10. Unit issues follow-up calls (i.e. improper locking)
  11. Lock de-ice (requires notice for scheduling and safety)
  12. Snow clearing from unit door area (requires notice for scheduling and safety)
  13. Free keypad swipe cards
  14. Lock replacement due to broken or lost keys - once annually (discounted lock cut fee applies, free loaner replacement lock)
  15. After Hours Assistance

Additional Details

1. Rodent damage and mold is not covered.  We do our best to prevent this from happening here.  We can't prevent tenants from bringing rodents or rodent-attractants or moldy items.  Do your best to store only dry goods and no food or freezable liquids.  Rodents like glue, artwork, salty items, any type of human or animal food, and baits put in units by tenants (don't do that).  Only use repellant packs if you're concerned.  Other water damage is covered only if we can see an in-unit source from roof or floor.  Again, we do our best to prevent this.
2.  Theft claims require a police report to be filed.
3.  Any claim requires photos of damaged items while items are in your unit.
4.  Your account must be in good standing to file a claim.
5.  This is not insurance.  This portion is a deductible offset for your own homeowner or renter's insurance coverage.  We insure the buildings but not the unit contents, as specified in your rental agreement.
6.  One claim per year per plan.
